Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier in West Homestead to ensure fast, accurate guest transactions and a premium cashwrap experience. You will mentor new cashiers, support loyalty initiatives, and coordinate makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales.

The role requires strong guest service, sales skills, and leadership ability, with a focus on teamwork and process adherence in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests' concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Drive guest transactions efficiently at cashwrap and contribute to loyalty results
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to boost guest experience and sales
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness
