Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service with greeting, engagement, and product recommendations.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates to drive performance.
• Be responsible for cashwrap accuracy and completing register functions as directed.
