This role supports the store leadership in opening/closing procedures and maintaining standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of cashiering experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and loyalty goals
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize assistance
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Pair guests with a makeup artist for services and demos
• Manage cashwrap displays and assets
• Open/close cash register functions with the manager
