• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink reduction.
• Greet and engage guests, personalizing service and recommending Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy and accuracy.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to drive loyalty and sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
