Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service to their needs, and recommending Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver unrivaled guest experiences while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
