• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service with a guest‑friendly environment and personalized assistance.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Book appointments for services and events to drive sales and loyalty.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
