Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure smooth guest transactions and maintain top cashwrap standards. The role includes training peers, coordinating cash handling, and driving loyalty programs to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

You will support the leadership team with register operations, assist in product demonstrations, and uphold store cleanliness and customer service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales, loyalty, and guest experience at the cashwrap and during transactions.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates.
• Lead cashwrap operations, including open/close procedures and cash handling.
• Coordinate makeup applications and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience.
• Support in-store events and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain store standards and protect assets.
