Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize interactions at the cashwrap and on the floor.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates.
• Lead opening/closing register functions and manage cashwrap displays.
• Support leadership with cashier chat-ins/outs and associate inspections.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and loss prevention practices.
