The candidate will lead by example, manage register open/close, and maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging guests, and personalizing service.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Replenish, organize, and maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
