Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Greet guests, provide personalized service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate makeup applications and skincare analysis with associates to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Assist in cashier training and cross-training of other associates.
