Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns professionally to deliver service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and collaboration with leadership.
