Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead cashier duties including open/close register and ensuring cashwrap standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, suggest Ulta Beauty products, and promote the loyalty program.
• Assist in training cashiers and cross-training associates in cashiering.
• Drive sales through makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain store standards and protect company assets by following procedures.
