Qualifications

• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni‑channel, loyalty, and shrink.
• Ensure exceptional guest service with a friendly environment, personalized service, and product recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with a trained associate for makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in‑store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and proper cash/transaction controls.
