• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy and efficiency.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications or demonstrations to drive sales.
• Schedule and coordinate services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and cleanliness to ensure guest readiness.
