Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure smooth guest transactions, maintain cashwrap standards, and train new cashiers. The LC helps drive loyalty, delivers exceptional guest service, and collaborates with the store team to meet sales goals.

You will handle openings and closes, manage refunds and exchanges, and support product demonstrations to boost sales while upholding store cleanliness, safety, and accuracy of cash handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashiering and guest service.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and train new hires.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet guests and provide personalized service, recommending products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness.
