Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service through greeting, engagement, and product recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
