Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma (preferred).
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service in a guest-friendly environment and personalized recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
