Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure smooth guest transactions, uphold cashwrap standards, and support the training of new cashiers. The Lead Cashier drives loyalty results through guest service, credit participation, and performance metrics.

You will lead by example, assist with open/close register tasks, and help maintain store cleanliness and brand standards. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; 18+ with strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in sales and loyalty programs.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize assistance.
• Assist in cashier training and cross-training of associates.
• Manage open/close register functions and cashwrap processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to policies and procedures.
