Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead and mentor a fast-paced front-end team. You will ensure exceptional customer service, supervise cashiers and Courtesy Clerks, and help with hiring and training while maintaining a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by supporting cashiers and clerks at registers.
• Oversee scheduling and meal/rest breaks per policy and state rules.
• Assist with hiring and training new cashiers and disciplinary steps as needed.
• Maintain register supply levels and cleanliness in work areas.
• Monitor security and loss prevention at exits and front-end areas.
• Offer guidance and supervision to front-end staff during shifts.
