Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a busy front-end team, mentor colleagues, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store.

You will supervise cashiers, ensure accuracy with registers, manage scheduling, training, and safety while upholding company standards and loss prevention.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Must be dependable with flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must interact positively with customers and be a role model to others.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist with customer assistance issues at the register.
• Schedule breaks and oversee proper meal/rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and taking necessary steps for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and security visibility around front-end areas.
