Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced team of cashiers and provide exceptional customer service. This role focuses on supervising cashiers, handling front-end operations, and ensuring a positive checkout experience for customers.

• Ability to multi-task and train new staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Proactively visit registers and provide direction to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Handle customer assistance issues at the register as needed.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and take steps for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and security in registers, restrooms and parking areas.
