Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service per Lowe’s policies.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Operate cash register and process transactions, returns, and refunds.
• Assist with stocking, price matching, and loading tickets; maintain register area.
• Identify and report security risks and assist Asset Protection as needed.
