Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Answers questions knowledgeably and guides customers through projects.
• Communicates stock, warranty, and feature information related to Lowe’s programs.
• Coaches and trains associates in department duties and sales opportunities.
• Uses a cash register to process sales, returns, and refunds.
• Verifies receipts, loads tickets, and handles loading/documents.
• Performs price checks and price matching as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety, and supports loss prevention efforts.
