Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.

• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service by directing Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers.
• Monitor cash register supply levels and maintain cleanliness and security at entry/exit points.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide support where needed.
