Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier in Denver, CO to lead front-end teams and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store. You will mentor cashiers, oversee break schedules, and support hiring and training while maintaining store cleanliness and loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Provide direction and support at registers.
• Schedule and supervise breaks per policy.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers.
• Maintain cleanliness and security across the front-end areas.
• Ensure excellent customer service by visiting registers and supporting staff.
