You will supervise cashiers, assistants, and baggers, delegate tasks, monitor staffing, and keep wait times down while enforcing cash handling procedures. This role partners with the Front End Manager to sustain a high‑performing front-end team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all front-end operations during assigned shifts.

• Assist with complex or escalated transactions and customer concerns.
• Ensure cash handling and register procedures are followed accurately.
