Plum Market is hiring a Cashier to deliver exceptional Guest Service at the front end of our store in Ann Arbor. You will operate the register, process transactions, and assist Guests with questions, all while maintaining a clean, efficient checkout area.

Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to support our busy store environment. You should have prior cashier or retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle payments

Formación

• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to accurately process transactions, coupons, and payments.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a cash register to scan and ring up Guest purchases.
• Process cash, credit, debit, gift card, and coupon transactions accurately.
• Greet Guests warmly and assist with product or pricing questions.
• Issue receipts and ensure each Guest leaves with a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free checkout station.
• Assist with bagging purchases and offer carryout help if needed.
• Support stocking and cleaning tasks at the Front End when not assisting Guests.
