Qualifications

• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Lead cashier responsibilities including open/close register functions.
• Drive loyalty results and guest experience through personalized service.
• Pair guests with a makeup artist or associate for services and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train other associates in cashiering.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures.
• Ensure consistent attendance and adherence to policies.
