Job summary

Ulta Beauty is looking for a Lead Cashier to drive guest satisfaction at the cashwrap while supporting loyalty and sales initiatives. The LC will train new cashiers, oversee open/close procedures, and maintain a polished, guest-ready environment.

You will lead by example, perform cashier chat ins/outs, and collaborate with store leadership to reach sales and loyalty goals while ensuring accurate cash handling and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and personalized assistance.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
