Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure smooth guest transactions, uphold cashwrap standards, and support training of new cashiers. You will drive loyalty growth, help manage inventory, and maintain a welcoming, polished storefront experience for every guest.

In this role you will lead with a guest‑first mindset, pair guests with associates for services, and assist in executing store standards, safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and selling skills; ability to train new cashiers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals in sales and loyalty performance.
• Greet guests, engage and personalize service; recommend products.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and product demos.
• Manage cashwrap displays and maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
