Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guests’ concerns to deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a welcoming environment.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Partner guests with a team member for makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and overall store cleanliness and readiness.
