Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest service at the cashwrap, train new cashiers, and support loyalty initiatives. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, managing transactions, and ensuring the store reflects Ulta's standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, provide personalized service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
• Partner guests with a sales associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events that enhance guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Replenish, organize, and maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold store standards.
