Lowe’s in Raynham, MA is hiring a customer‑focused associate to provide proactive service, help customers locate and select merchandise, and support checkout operations. You will maintain store standards and assist with transactions, returns, and loading of merchandise.

Ideal candidates have prior retail cashier experience and a high school diploma or GED. Starting pay is $17.00–$17.70 per hour, with Lowe’s benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Responds to customer and employee questions and walks them through projects when necessary.
• Communicates information to customers regarding stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, applications and warranty information.
