Qualifications

• Less than 1 year experience using a computer
• Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• 1 year retail cashier experience
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe's policies and programs
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Answer questions and guide customers to product areas and projects
• Communicate stock, product benefits, and warranty information to customers
• Coach and train associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities
