Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Responds to customer and employee questions promptly by guiding them through store areas and projects.
• Communicates stock, special order merchandise and warranty information to customers.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
