Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is seeking a Customer Service/Cashier team member to support daily store operations. You will help customers locate, select, load merchandise, and operate the register with accuracy and courtesy.

You will assist with stock, price checks, safety procedures, and coaching fellow associates as needed. A high school diploma and retail cashier experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 Year Retail cashier experience.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Operates the cash register to process sales, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Assists with stock, price matching, and communicates product information to customers.
• Coaches and supports associates in department duties and sales opportunities.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety standards and monitors store entrances/exits.
