Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Proactively visit registers to ensure excellent customer service and direct/support cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Assist at the register with customer issues and ensure smooth checkout processes.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain cash register supply levels and ensure store cleanliness and security.
