The role requires 1-2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, a high school diploma or GED, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong math/cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service by directing cashiers and providing support.
• Schedule store sweeps, monitor supplies, and maintain restroom/parking area cleanliness.
• Monitor security and loss prevention, manage breaks in line with policy.
• Assist in hiring/training cashiers and disciplinary actions as needed.
