Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customer focus.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, scanner, calculator).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and numerical skills.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver carts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Proactively visit registers and guide Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Resolve customer issues at the register and ensure smooth checkout.
• Schedule shifts and ensure breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and handle disciplinary actions.
• Maintain visibility of exits for security and loss prevention.
