Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced cashier team and support store operations. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, training new cashiers, and ensuring smooth register performance.

You must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Able to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state rules.
• Hire and train new cashiers and take disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and security at exit doors and work areas.
