Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, demonstrating, selecting, loading merchandise.
• Operate cash register and process transactions, returns, and refunds.
• Protect store assets by monitoring for theft and maintaining safety standards.
• Support associates through coaching, training, and coverage in peak times.
• Verify orders, pricing, and loading tickets; assist with product information.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store and work areas.
