Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe’s policies and programs
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Responds to customer and employee questions and guides them to areas of the store
• Communicates product and warranty information for Lowe’s programs
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities
• Operates a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds
