Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and take steps for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain security and cleanliness by supervising exits, restrooms, and parking areas.
