Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations. You will lead by example, ensure excellent service at the registers, and help resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and courtesy clerks to ensure smooth checkout flow.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and handle customer issues at the register.
• Schedule shifts and oversee proper meal and rest breaks per policy and state rules.
• Assist in hiring, training, and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain visibility for security and loss prevention at the exits.
