Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, scanner).
• Reliable, friendly, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service by directing cashiers and assisting at registers.
• Schedule meals/rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers.
• Maintain cleanliness and security around registers and exits.
• Monitor cash register supply levels and perform loss-prevention duties.
