Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor in Parker, CO, to advance toward BCBA licensure while accruing practicum hours. This full‑time, hourly role offers paid unrestricted hours and direct supervision from a BCBA leader at your local clinic.

You will supervise 3–5 client cases, update goals, provide supervision to RBTs, and participate in ESDM trainings, including BI planning and reports. A signing bonus awaits and a concrete BCBA path upon exam success.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400‑600 hours of completing practicum hours to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3‑5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress
• Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs
• Participate in ESDM‑specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill‑Based Treatment (SBT)
• Training and coaching to be provided
• Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar’s in‑house curriculum
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re‑assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist
• Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic
• Be part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech‑Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists
• Conduct direct client therapy (10‑20 hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress
