Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Parker, CO is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor to guide practicum hours toward BCBA eligibility. You will supervise 3-5 client cases, provide direct supervision to RBTs, and participate in ESDM trainings, with a focus on developing high-quality skills for BCBA certification.

This full-time, hourly position offers a base pay of $28.50 per hour, a $2,000 signing bonus, plus potential bonuses after test success.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program in ABA.
• Within 400–600 practicum hours of completing all hours to sit BCBA exam.
• Ability to build rapport with families and clients.
• Willing to learn and accept feedback.
• Currently pursuing BCBA credential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Provide direct supervision to RBTs.
• Update client goals and programming.
• Write BIP, PFA, and SBT.
• Conduct client assessments and reports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week).
