Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Denver, CO is hiring a Lead Case Supervisor to advance toward BCBA certification while accruing supervision hours. This full-time, hourly role involves supervising 3–5 client cases, delivering direct therapy 10–20 hours weekly, and updating goals using our data platform.

You’ll receive a $28.50/hour base pay, a $2,000 signing bonus, study supports, and a clear path to a BCBA role across centers. Rolling applications accepted.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within 400–600 hours of completing practicum hours to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Strong rapport-building skills with families as a behavior therapist.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3–5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using the electronic data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with other clinicians.
