Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Colorado is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training / Lead Case Supervisor who is within 6-9 months of testing to become a BCBA. The role prepares you to become a BCBA upon completing hours and passing the exam and reports to the Local Clinical Trainer.

This full-time hourly position offers paid unrestricted hours, a signing bonus, study support, and guaranteed BCBA role after exam success.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate rapport-building with families and growing clinical skills in case conceptualization and supervision of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of RBTs and direct client therapy (10–20 hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using our data platform.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans and assess clients with ESDM tools.
• Conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support through the in-house curriculum.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing supervision.
