Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Paradise Valley, AZ, is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training / Lead Case Supervisor. This full-time role offers 20 paid unrestricted hours weekly with 3-5 client cases and direct supervision to RBTs.

The position is designed to develop BCBA credentials while providing comprehensive training and support. Join a growth-oriented team within Soar’s Apex Program, with enhanced practicum hours, onsite supervision, and pathway to a BCBA role after exam success.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to sit for the BCBA Exam
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with families and supervise clients effectively

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases with 20 paid unrestricted hours per week
• Update client goals and programming using our data collection platform
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills
• Write BIPs using PFA and SBT
• Conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings with families
• Write assessment reports and re-assessments for clients
• Collaborate with Speech, OT, and Psychologists in interdisciplinary meetings
• Deliver direct client therapy 10-20 hours per week based on center needs
